Are you a person Wishy washy undecided? Does the phrase "a variety of options to choose between" you uncomfortable? Is your mind a complete memory lapse when someone asks you what school you take great?

We will choose the wrong major does not necessarily mean the end of your career.

Sometimes it is difficult to make your mind about certain things, especially when decision will affect your life in a big way. Choosing the right college major is one of those things – what you end up picking will define at least the next four years of your life. It will most likely affect your life after graduation also. So how to choose the right one?

Here what you can do: organize the selection of a line (either literally or in your head), close your eyes and point! Just kidding! Although it works in choosing an outfit for a special evening (or restaurants to order from these "I'd-rather-binge" days) it will not work for major decisions. Unfortunately.

Here are some things you can ask yourself seriously to help you make your choice on what college major to pick.

1. What are you interested?

Was your strong in mathematics in high school? Maybe a degree in finance or accounting may be for you. Are you a true blue chick lit with his nose perpetually stuck in a book? Consider the literature English or history. Artsy? What about arts management or Interior / Fashion Design. Know what you want – and what does not – will be Refine your choice.

2. What do you use?

You may be interested in tennis but they lack the skills necessary to become the next Hewitt or Nadal. Be realistic. If you think you do a ballet dancer average, but an outstanding archaeologist, choose the course of archaeological instead.

If you still can not decide, you can choose to take a double major or minor instead.
