VitalChek is reliable?

I ordered a birth certificate through VitalChek (Tennessee birth certificate) through Ancestry.com two months ago and I have not received any word on this subject. When I ordered I received a number to use on their website to follow the order and the number does not work. Infact, the site barely works on any computer I've used. I tried calling customer service, but put on hold each time. I sent asking about the status of my order and I received a response saying they were very busy and try to answer my question as soon as possible. Then I received an email saying that there no trace of the order. I have the confirmation email they sent me and the payment is listed on my credit card. Both have the same date of the order and all information. What do I do now? if I could get it straight I would. But I saw the other side country. I plan on getting this fixed ASAP

VitalChek I used to get a replacement birth certificate when I needed in the rush for passports, and got exactly what I paid. I had the certificate attached Birtch raised in my hands in two days. It was not cheap, as you know, but I would say they are reputable.
