email list management West Virginia

email list management West Virginia

Fourteen top-four seeded teams made the Sweet 16 and three # 12 seed upset # 5 seed in the first two rounds of 2009 NCAA Basketball Tournament March 19-22.

Advancing to the Sweet 16 to pursue their bids have been March Madness # 1 seed Pittsburgh, Connecticut, North Carolina and Louisville, # 2-seeded Duke, Memphis, Oklahoma and Michigan State, # 3 seed Villanova, Missouri, Syracuse and Kansas, and # 4 seed Xavier and Gonzaga. Only # 4 seed Wake Forest was eliminated by Cleveland State # 13 and # 4 seed Washington was eliminated by # 5 seed Purdue.

The three # 12 seeds who pulled upsets # 5 seeds included Wisconsin on the State of Florida, Western Kentucky over Illinois and Arizona during Utah. Among other changes Dayton # 11 to # 6 West Virginia, and # 10 Michigan # 7 LSU. Only one game went into overtime at No. 9 Siena eliminated # 8 Ohio State in double overtime.

There were two eruptions horrible # 1 Connecticut flooded poor # 16 Chattanooga by 56 points, 103-47, and # 1 North Carolina made short work of Radford # 16 by 43 points, 101-58. Connecticut torn # 9 Texas A & M 26 (92-66) in his second competition. Apart from Siena double overtime win at Ohio State, 6 other teams won games by a basket or less. They included Wisconsin, UCLA, Oklahoma State, Marquette, Purdue and Gonzaga. Only Purdue to make Sweet 16.

A single seed in double figures – # 12 Arizona would it in the Sweet 16. When you add the 16 seeding points, total of 49 set a record for the lowest ever, beating the previous record of 50 set in 1989. The top place teams seeded suffered the most this year was the Midwest Regional that saw Wake Forest # 4, # 5 Utah, West Virginia # 6, # 7 Boston College and # 8 Ohio State will not be eliminated in their first match.

The Big East Conference has become the elite this year an NCAA record 5 teams among the final Sweet 16: Louisville, Connecticut, Pittsburgh, Villanova and Syracuse. North Carolina, bound for Kentucky victories over NCAA Tournament (98) with its victory over LSU.

Here are the 2009 NCAA Tournament Sweet 16 Regional Semifinal Match-Ups:

East Regional:

# 1 from Pittsburgh # 4 Xavier – Thursday, March 26
# 2 Duke vs. # 3 Villanova – Thursday, March 26

Regional West:

# 1 Connecticut vs. Purdue # 5 – Thursday, March 26
# 2 vs. # 3 Memphis, Missouri – Thursday, March 26

Regional South:

# 1 North Carolina vs. Gonzaga # 4 – Friday, March 27
# 2 Oklahoma against Syracuse # 3 – Friday, March 27

Midwest Regional:

# 1 Louisville vs. Arizona # 12 – Friday, March 27
# 2 vs. Michigan State # 3 Kansas – Friday, March 27

So, who will to the Elite 8?

Consider these cold hard historical facts:

1) When you know that no team under a seed # 4 won the championship for 20 consecutive years, you might want to eliminate Purdue # 5 and # 12 in Arizona.

That leaves # 1 seed Pittsburgh Connecticut, North Carolina and Louisville, # 2 seed Duke, Memphis, Oklahoma and Michigan State, # 3 seed Villanova, Missouri

Syracuse, Kansas, and # 4 seed Xavier and Gonzaga.

2) Only three No. 1 seeds are likely to reach the Final 4 since only 70% seeds advance # 1 in the Elite 8. The chances that this is Pittsburgh, Connecticut, North Carolina or Louisville will not do part of the elite 8.

3) Surprisingly, only one or two No. 1 seeds have allowed the final 4 to 18 of the past 24 years. Last year was an exception, because the four # 1 seeds made the Final 4 for the first time.

Morehead State eliminated Alabama State 58-43 in the game by game for the 64th slot in the tournament.

email list for sale TX

In Pennsylvania, some counties have two different sales taxes: the "upset" sale, and "judicial" sale. If the properties for sale Tax shall not be sold to one of these two sales, the property then passes to the directory "" list and may be sold by auction private. The upset sale is held annually in autumn. It's called an "upset" because the sale the minimum bid for properties in this sale is known as the "upset" price which includes unpaid taxes from the county and all mortgages Municipal. If a property is not sold in this sale, it is sold in the "judicial" sales tax in the spring. Not all counties in Pennsylvania sales justice, but they all have an upset sale.

What you may know, the sale is upset that all goods are sold subject to any liens or judgments. This means that if you buy a deed for this sale, you are responsible for all other liens or unpaid judgments or the property. Most people think when they buy a property at a tax sale, they do not have to worry about other privileges, as a mortgage. This is not true at the upset sale. If you intend to tender any of these sales this fall you'd better Do your homework!

So how can you get information about other liens or judgments on the property tax Selling? There are two ways you could do that, it will cost you money and the other will take a little of your time. The first way is to engage a company title search to make a simple title search on all properties for sale that you are interested in bidding. This could be a bit expensive, so it's not my method of choice. Another reason why I do not hire a research company title to title searches for me before the sale is that many of the properties are off the sale list on the eve or morning of the sale. You may pay for a search of rarities that you do not even need because the properties you want to bid on are not sold at the sale.

The last time I went to Monroe County Upset Sale, I did not even bid on properties. I did some research about 10 properties for sale that were in an area that I was interested in. Through my research, I reduced it to only two properties that I wanted to make an offer. I do not have all my research before the sale and I had checked this morning to ensure that all these properties were still selling. But the next morning (the morning of the sale), the two properties I was interested in a paid and are not included in the sale. I'm glad I did my own research and do not pay a title company to do it!

This leads the second method to obtain information on liens and judgments on the property tax lien, and that's Do it yourself. There is some education and some time involved, but well worth it. In most states, making this type of research you would go to County Hall of Records. In Pennsylvania Office which records you need to research is the office of the prothonotary. People in this office are usually very helpful and will help you find what you need to know. You have to look for liens and judgments by the owner. If there are co-owners or joint owners, you want to search under both names.

Keep in mind, however, that if new privileges were not yet recognized, they could pass through cracks in the system and you will not be able to find them. There is always some risk when you buy a tax deed even if you are careful and do your homework. Therefore it is always recommended that you do not purchase tax deeds in your own name but on behalf of a separate entity. This could be a corporation or LLC. If you need help forming a corporation or LLC in order to buy fiscal actions, I know two excellent programs to help you. They were both created by Darius Barazandeh, Texas lawyer and tax expert act.

In,Tx would I charge sales tax for a service job like house cleaning?

I also want to add that I might be using my business to clean for business offices as well as residential. I also have a partner, so our business is listed as a partnership if that makes a difference. If I have to charge sales tax for businesses, could I still not charge for residential? If I just had residential would I have to charge sales tax. I’ve comsidered creating 2 seperate businesses. one for business and one for residential to keep from having to charge residential sales tax but I dont know if it makes any difference. I also emailed my question to the site where they answer tx tax question, but they have been slow in giving me a response. I need to know right away, I need to make money, I already doing advertising and giving quotes on houses. business is picking up fast. I need to make sure I have all my bases covered.

The simple answer is no. Sales tax only needs to be collected on items that you are selling to your clients for their direct end use.

Items that you use (e.g. cleaners, sponges, mops, etc.) to provide the service -and that you take with you when you’re done- are not considered taxable. If however your client was to say to you “Gee, I really like what you use to clean my floors it makes them look and smell great could I buy some from you…” then you’d be obligated to charge them tax.

A quick call to your local town hall to speak to someone in the revenue/tax office should clarify this.

I never recommend setting up two different companies that provide the same service. The premise on which you’re setting them up isn’t a good one (e.g. to avoid charging taxes). Keep your business straightforward and easy to manage. Sounds like you’re going to be busy enough working and getting new clients (a good thing!); so don’t muddy the waters by trying to keep two sets of books.

Good luck.
