Keep the attention of your visitors while they are on your site is a familiar problem for many webmasters. Visitors are distracted and click on your page or site without performing selected tasks you had planned for them to achieve.
How rude of them!
Many times it is the webmaster who is to blame … a poorly constructed web page may lead to lost sales or lost a subscriber. Many Once the main reason for this manipulation failed to do with the layout of the Web page itself, rather than lack of interest from your visitor.
Many webmasters, especially those in marketing, want their visitors to do two things:
1. buy their products or click on an affiliate link to buy a product
2. Sign in or opt-in to their newsletter to receive tracking information
This is where problems may arise, visitors may just opt-in and they are far faster wisped a thank you page. Or visitors can buy product without subscribing to your mailing list.
Many webmasters use a professional squeeze page where they enter the coordinates of interested customers. Others use pop-ups or Fade-ins to capture contact information. But many times have your visitors go through all these different pages can be distracting and lead to rebounds or lost sales.
A simple solution to this common problem is to keep your visitors on your main sales page and still collect their contact information. This can be done easily by using a simple iframe.
An iFrame allows you to insert content from another page in your current page without distracting the reader. It is a popular way to insert another HTML page on your current Web page – advertisers such as Amazon have long used iFrames. The new widgets are another way of accomplishing this same task.
By using the iFrame code, you can open or view your autoresponder sign-form directly on the page of your sales. Then, as your signs visitor to your list or newsletter – you can view the thank you page in the iframe itself, while keeping your visitors to the sales page and still reading your message.
Setting up your iFrame code is fairly simple. Here are some examples of code, you can use. Keep in mind, you can adjust the size IFrame and your background color of page, etc. – as you would any HTML page.
Remove * 's in the actual code for your iFrames.
Your lead capture page containing your form answering. All professional services such as AR or GetResponse Aweber provide these forms you can place in your iFrame. Then, once your visitor has signed-up, they receive your thank you message on the right page in the iFrame. Just design your HTML page so thanks clear the window of your iframe. Keep in mind all these HTML pages must be hosted on the hosting account of your site.
Why is it so effective?
The main reason why using an iFrame can be very effective because your NEVER visitor leaves your page, they can continue watching your video, reading your sales messages while Subscribe to your list. Many Webmasters offer incentives for people to sign-up with videos, downloads of free software, free marketing advice … people will gladly give you their contact information if you give them valuable information they can use. Just use an iFrame to make the sign the whole process in place transparent and easy for your visitors to do.
