Do you offer refunds?

Sending a fax, making a phone call, sending a postcard and sending an email all require some level of technical expertise. By purchasing a list from us you acknowledge that you understand how to perform these functions and are not dependent on us to assist with these actions. We provide free samples to show you the format you'll receive a list in, to allow you to experiment with any communication methods you plan to use the list for, and to allow you to practice uploading to your contact manager and doing mail merge or fax merge with. If you have questions about the technical process of performing these functions or doubt your ability to complete these actions please ask us to explain how to do so before purchasing a list. Is the information in the lists accurate?
Yes, very accurate. In fact, we guarantee the mailing addresses in our lists to be 80% accurate, or we'll refund your purchase on a prorated basis for undeliverable postal mail for the amount that fall below our guarantee levels. Proof of non-delivery required.  E-mails will average between 80% and 60% deliverability.  If you send to fast and do not change your message or check your message before sending with a spam checker such as this one SpamCheck Report you may only get a 40% deliverability.  Some clients with emailing experience regularly email with an 80% or higher deliverability.

Some ISP's are blocked by AOL, YAHOO MSN, HOTMAIL, GMAIL etc. a lot of cox and some qwest ip addresses for example. If you use these internet services, your email will not get delivered. Your message and its verbiage are major factors for deliverability, please use the free spam checker SpamCheck Report.   How you send and where you send your emails from, will have as great an effect on deliverability as the list itself. What is the format of these database lists ?  The Files for Immediate download are compressed in self extracting WIN RAR .EXE files. The files will selfextract into Comma Delimited Text files (CSV) which can be imported into almost any email program (such as Outlook), MS Word (for mail merge, labels, envelopes, etc) or any other contact management software such as Excel or Access, or Notepad.  The National Lists will be on CD's or DVD's in .CSV plain text files.  This works best on windows pc's, if you have a MAC or are using UNIX you have a 50% chance of it working properly. Please email or use the contact form if it doesn't work properly. CSV files work just fine on all systems, just the self extraction may or may not work on non windows machines.  We can usually get a plain text file to you in less than an hour if you have trouble during daylight hours.  CSV is the main file type for almost all contact management and emailing software. The files can be manipulated in notepad, word, openoffice, ACT, Goldmine, Skybase, Mysql, Skybase, SugarCRM, Access, Outlook, Excel, etc and many many more programs.

Do you offer updates on your database lists and how do I get them? Yes, as a customer you will receive an email link to download the updates when ever an update is available for only a nominal fee.

How updated are your database lists?  Our database are updated frequently. Depending on the type of list. It can be as frequent as 4 to 6 times a year. Updates are available for only a nominal fee.

How is the database list purchases delivered to me ?  It is delivered via electronic download or email attachment and CD/DVD via US Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery) is also available by special request.
